Greater Pittsburgh Area, PA

We are representing a premier, general contractor that is looking for an Estimator in the greater Pittsburgh, PA area.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience estimating construction projects in the million dollar range.
  • Associates degree or high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lead a project estimate.
  • Experience in quantity take-offs preferred.
  • Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications.
  • Knowledge of the local market and relationships with local subcontractors preferred.
  • Relevant experience in millwork construction.
  • Computer skills required – Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
