(Hybrid) Director of Civil Engineering Services

We are representing a multi-disciplinary, engineering and consulting firm that is searching for a (Hybrid) Director of Civil Engineering Services in the Greater Pittsburgh, PA area.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • BA or BS degree in Civil Engineering or relevant degree.
  • Must have Business Development/Sales experience and ability to bring existing and/or new client business to the organization.
  • Must have PA PE license and be able to acquire additional state PE licenses as needed (i.e. WV and OH).
  • 10+ years’ of civil engineering experience, including proven experience managing an engineering team.
  • Extensive experience with land/site development, utility coordination and permitting.
  • Ability to use AutoCAD, Civil 3D and scheduling software.
