We are representing a leading commercial construction firm that is searching for a Project Superintendent/Project Manager located southeast of Pittsburgh, PA.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years commercial construction Project Management and/or Superintendent experience is required.
• BS degree preferred in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading projects up to values of $10M including major renovations, multi-family residential, retail and restaurants, auto facilities, industrial, tenant build out, ground up construction is desired.
• There may be travel required to areas of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio and Maryland as the work will be managed from the jobsites.
• Oversee total construction effort, especially preconstruction, ensuring completion in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
