Structural Engineer

Pittsburgh, PA

We are representing a leading, industrial engineering firm that is searching for a Structural Engineer in the Pittsburgh area.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • BS Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering required.
  • Engineering experience with bulk material handling equiptment in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar is beneficial.
  • Proficiency or working knowledge of RISA-3D or STAAD structural analysis software, Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor or other FEA analysis suite preferred.
  • Familiarity with AISC Steel Construction Manual, ACI 318, and AWD D1.1 preferred.
