Job Requirements:

• BS degree in Civil/Structural engineering.
• PE license is preferred but not required.
• 10 years minimum of engineering managerial experience. Will lead a department of 15-20 designers and engineers.
• Experience with software engineering, customer experience and design
• Advanced understanding of build materials, techniques and processes.
• Experience with training and mentoring engineers and designers.
