Job Requirements:

-BS degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Metallurgy or Materials Science; MBA preferred.
-10+ years of operations experience in a steel/metals/fabrication manufacturing industry environment is required.
-10+ years of direct people management experience.
-Minimum of 25% travel.
