Job Requirements:

-BS degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Materials Science; MS degree in Engineering preferred.
-10+ years of steel/metals/fabrication manufacturing industry experience is required.
-Minimum of 5 years of direct people management experience.
-Minimum of 25% travel required.
